In the tradition of boats being renamed, I am no longer building the
Oglebay Norton, I am now building the Belle River. I really like the
black hulled Footers. I also live only a block from the river that
the Edison Plant "Belle River" was named after, and the ship being
named after the plant. So it hit kind of close to home.

Here are some early shots of my Lindberg G Tug. I really like the

own Lindberg Tug, I will have step by step photos on her
construction as I go.

Russ Mamere builds the Irving S. Olds. This is his second shot at
building this Laker. Russ all your boats look great, but I must say
you are definitely honing your modeling skills !!!! It's not what
you build or how well you build. It's what you put into it and what
you get out of building these models. Thank you gentlemen for
sharing your work and inspiring others.
