The kit is an easy build but does not depict the boat as shown from the photos supplied by the San Francisco Maritime Museum.  I changed the pilot house windows and build the ventilator from scratch.  In fact, most of the superstructure is scratch built.  Had working lights until the mast wiring shorted out. Also installed an old diesel sound system that makes plenty of noise, I just can't get it to sound like an engine.  The boat is powered by a Graupner 600 motor and a dry cell battery that provides plenty of ballast.  Runs great!
