This is my favorite ship, it's my best work to date. Lots of fun building her. When I was 6 years old, I stood on the bow when she was being built in 1953 at Lorain, Ohio. This boat had an original name of Ernest T. Weir before Olgeybay Norton converted her to a self unloader.
