Below are pics of the Point Comfort.  I was asked to build one of my models by some friends for their parents 50th wedding anniversary.  Obviously it is not a replica of any ship.  I thought I'd do something different with the color.  It is painted in Polly "St Lawrence Blue".  Since they live on the river I thought it would be an appropriate choice.  As always, all parts were hand cut, sanded, shaped from pine, balsa, and maple.  And measures the usual 34" x 3 1/2".
