Attaching the Foam sides.

Now I'm ready to attach the 1 inch foam sides. I cut out the foam to be oversized and glue it down with 3M adhesive spray. It only takes a small amount to glue it down, to much adhesive will attack the foam.

I squared off the stern for a good fit.

With the foam weighted down I can take a saw and carve off the extra foam on the bottom half. Then I use 60 grit sandpaper to make it flush with the hull bottom.
