Any questions feel free to email me: lakers@sprynet.com

I chose to do my fleet in HO 1/87 scale for a number of reasons, one of which is the popular Lindberg Tug kit and Revell Fireboat kit also 1/87 scale. Here I’m building the John Purves using the hull from the Revell Fireboat kit, it’s not an identical hull configuration, but it’s close enough. That’s one thing about tugs, there so diverse, each with there own design. Someone could have very well taken the real thing and converted it as I am with this model!
